New President and Thunderstoms

Hello All
So this last week we finally met President Hess. Apparently everyone says he is 'SO GREEN' but I cant tell...probably because i am still a greenie....shame.

He is great! He is from Malad ID, and he loves Logan so we had a nice little chat about that, He and Sister Hess have amazing testimonies and are so excited to be here with us! We are all so excited to get to know them a little better.

This week we also had our exchanges, I was sent to Williston. I love It over there...
On the way there i was driving and it started to get pretty dark and we drove into a huge thunderstorm. It was insane! there was so much lightning i forgot it was night sometimes. the rain got so think at one point we had to pull over because i couldnt see the lines on the road. So other than the fact that we didnt get to bed until 12am. It was amazing, i wish we had storms like that in Utah:) i used to also think that dancing in the rain was fun, but you might technically die if you did that here..so eh, its just fun to watch!

The work in Williston was great! It was awesome to meet some new people and get to know another sister. I was with Sister Sanderson, she is such a hard worker and it was great! We knocked on one door and were talking to a lady, but then her doorbell started talking to us about how they didnt want any girl scout cookies..? haha we were just ignoring it, then sister Sanderson was like " umm is your doorbell talking to us?" and she just said yes, that is my husband, he thinks that he is funny...
But honestly i was dying, i thought it was hilarious... but in my defense it was like 10000 degrees and we had knocked so many doors so i might have been a little tired.

Other than that we haven't had too much, Sister Clegg has been pretty sick so we didn't get out too much. We had one lesson with a guy named Gilbert. He is a recent convert, and we love to teach him he has made so many changes and has a long way from where he used to be. we taught him the Plan of Salvation and we all had fun talking about the Celetial kingdom with him:)

Anyways I hope all is well with you at home!
Please share any stories you have with me, I love to learn from you all:)
Love, Sister A
Tay:)
